Contemporary artist Mark Sofilas paints landscapes and urban scenes in bold, colourful palettes.
I paint full time from my studio in Leeds and have developed a reputation and following for my original oil paintings of the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, particularly scenes of the North Yorkshire Heritage Coast, such as the fishing villages of Staithes, Whitby & Robin Hood’s Bay. My paintings of Europe, especially Venice, are very much sought after also.
